Our Pastor

Pastor Bobby was raised in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley and, after graduating from Virginia Tech, spent several years in sales before sensing God’s call into ministry. He and Wanda married in 1988 and soon pursued ministry training at Oral Roberts University, where Bobby earned a Master of Divinity and Wanda completed a Master’s degree in Church Music.

In 1998, following years of pastoring and prayer, God led them to plant Crossroads Community Church in Winchester. What began in their home has grown through multiple locations into a thriving church family rooted in worship, prayer, and discipleship.

Bobby and Wanda are passionate about equipping believers and serving the wider Body of Christ. Bobby leads local pastors and oversees other churches, and in 2009 founded Pray Winchester. Wanda serves on the elder team and continues to teach, write, and speak globally, offering prophetic insight for the Church. Her resources are available at wandaalger.me.

They have three children and are blessed with four grandchildren.
