Nick Payne

Nick, a Southern Maryland native, is a graduate of Baltimore International College with a degree in Culinary Arts. He and his wife, Emily, have been married for over 20 years. At Crossroads, Nick oversees young adult ministries, provides primary leadership for Pathway to Legacy, and serves as the church’s liaison with Beacon Hill Counseling. In addition, he serves as the DOVE USA Youth Director, supporting our network of churches across the USA.
