Nick Payne serves as a commissioned Five-Fold minister at Crossroads Community Church, where he is the Associate Pastor. He also leads as the Youth Director for DOVE USA, supporting and equipping young people across our network of churches. With a deep passion for discipleship, Nick is committed to mentoring and empowering the next generation to live fully surrendered to Christ, secure in their identity as His beloved. His heart is to see young leaders grow in faith, character, and purpose as they step into their God-given callings.
