Billy serves as Executive Pastor and also Elder of Worship, overseeing the Worship Team and supporting other ministries. Paula is a homeschooling mom who also teaches at a local homeschooling cooperative. Within Crossroads, she takes a leading role in Freedom ministries. Billy and Paula have two girls: Jillian and Emmanuelle.
